Upcoming Infrastructure Upgrades

We’re very excited to announce major infrastructure upgrades are planned across all shared (cPanel) and VPS servers. Please note - this affects only services ordered before July 2025. All services ordered more recently already use our new NVMe hardware.

As part of our continuous improvement efforts, every server will be upgraded to NVMe storage and AMD EPYC CPUs, delivering faster performance, improved reliability, and a smoother hosting experience for all clients. All PHP versions will continue to be supported.

If you do not use our nameservers:

• Please check your new IP address from within your cPanel account - like with our old servers, it may be different to the server hostname IP.

• The old server hostnames will be repointed to the new systems and will keep working, however if you use these in DNS records (eg a CNAME or MX), we strongly recommend updating to the new hostnames.

Unless mentioned otherwise all migrations will run outside main business hours of 8am - 6pm local time.
